In the last 2-3 decades electronic devices have become a significant part of our daily lives, without them we can hardly connect with others, keep our household tidy, work, seek information, design and construct or travel, etc. Energy and cost efficiency are more and more important, our devices have become smarter, smaller, and their lifetime and working hours have to last longer, so many of them have their own batteries.

When electricity is produced, used and stored, heat is generated, which must be dissipated so that the device operates within a safe operating temperature. In the case of electrical components, it is essential to manage the generated heat, as too much heat can cause the device to malfunction in addition to inefficient operation.

Medical tapes are special and in many points of view, they are very different from adhesive tapes used in other industries. They can be antiallergenic to the skin, breathable, flexible, waterproof, transferable, absorbent, hypoallergenic, hydrophilic and stable for short or long-term bonding.

• Cosmetic body tapes

In cosmetic applications various items are bonded to the skin, including the most delicate areas such as the eyes. The hypoallergenic properties of a medical adhesive body tape are perfectly suited to meet requirements such as strong, yet gentle bonding, whilst offering comfort and gentle removal.

• Optical adhesive tapes

We convert various foils and films that have a wide variety of valuable physical properties. Such plastics provide electrical insulation and resistance to extreme heat, flames, abrasion, chemicals, UV radiation, etc. Other film products are used in displays and lighting to scatter, reflect, enhance, and block light.

The other useful and practical property of plastics, is that they can be laminated with other materials. Films and plastics are often laminated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on one or both sides for different applications.

Filters, PTFE vents, membranes and acoustic mesh materials play important roles in electronic devices to avoid dust, moisture, or chemical contaminations, or in temperature and humidity management. The vent materials allow airflow through and provide pressure equalization in the closed housing (based on IP67), which protects the device from damage.

These materials are perfect for full or zoned laminating with double-sided tapes, giving a complex and custom-made solution for your applications.
