In the automotive industry, just as in many other markets, special tapes and bespoke built-in components are the keys to fulfilling high quality design, and functional requirements.

In order to ease and accelerate the assembly lines of our customers, whether automatic or manual, we provide converted parts in the most efficient presentation, where possible with a fingerlift tab to aid application. In this way, we aim to optimise the cycle-time for our partners.

Electronic devices are widely used so the special requirements imposed on them are varied. Because of the ever-smaller sizes or the strict requirements arising from use in special conditions, unique materials and solutions are typically required.

There are two types of medical products from the production point of view. Those that require a Clean Room environment, and those that don't.

Parafix Hungária has the capability for both, thanks to our ISO 7 certified Clean Room. It can be utilised for converting parts for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, nanotechnology, and various cleantech manufacturing applications, such as: ion lithium batteries, driving radar sensors, medical devices, optically clear adhensives, aerospace products.

As well as our cutting machines which are frequently used for applications in the lighting industry like thermal tapes, vents or foils, we have also invested in the only bespoke engineered, mass production MCPET thermoforming machine in the world.

Thanks to the precision of the thermoforming machine and also the laser with which the final shape of the product is cut, we achieve very tight tolerances for high-precision parts in small or large quantities. These can be provided in 2D or 3D formats.

We support the defence, military and airspace industries with specific materials and custom-made solutions, e.g.: defence related electro-optical systems and products, military communication device components, command and weapons control systems, ground and air surveillance radars, cameras and other border surveillance solutions.

Among many other applications in this market, we produce components for fixing and sealing photovoltaic panels, thermal energy storage units, heat exchangers and steam generators, or converted tapes for solar panel lamination.
